The service

Vayla Stream is a self-hosted software product that relays your live video from a single ingest to multiple streaming platforms and helps you manage your broadcasts. It is operated by the account owner on their own infrastructure.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you broadcast and must comply with the terms of service of each destination platform (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others) and all applicable laws. You may not use the service to distribute unlawful content.

Third-party platforms

Delivery to third-party platforms depends on those platforms and their APIs. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or changes.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
